Very Berry Super Shake
This shake can be breakfast, lunch or dinner since it’s packed with protein, fiber, healthy fats, phyto-nutrients, and probiotics. 

Blend:
12 oz water
1 c spinach
2 c frozen mixed berries
½ c plain low-fat yogurt
2 scoops vanilla protein powder
1 Tbsp walnuts
1 Tbsp ground flaxseed

NUTRITION: 500 calories, 57 g protein, 54 g carbs, 14 g fiber, 11 g fat
